Whitehaven-Levi Planning

The Whitehaven-Levi Planning District Comprehensive Plan consisted of approximately 40 square miles. The purpose of this study was to develop a comprehensive land use plan that will assess the historic pattern of development and land use and to provide guidelines to direct future growth in this area. This study was combined with a retail market study to enhance retail revitalization. Self Tucker Architects in association with Fisher & Arnold, Inc. reviewed current and historical records such as zoning maps, aerial photographs and census data to develop a base for this study. Land use maps, zoning maps, transportation plans, development revitalization alternatives and statistical data are included in the report.
